Hold on Tight
Attack the river and test your body with a tubing adventure down class II and III whitewater on the Sacandaga River. This ride is the most aggressive, physically demanding experience we have. You must be 5’ 4” tall and over 12 years old to participate in this high adrenaline, total-body workout. This isn’t for couch potatoes, if you enjoy a challenge this is for you!
One of our skilled guides will accompany your group in a kayak as you enjoy the waves and take time to swim during this 4 mile, 1.5 hour long outing. Enjoy the staggering beauty of the Adirondacks while swimming in the waters of the mighty Hudson River.
Sit Back and Relax
It doesn’t get much better than a lazy float along the Schroon River and its beautiful natural surrounds. One hand tracing the calm surface of the water as you tilt back and drink in the soaring views of Adirondack trees, wildflowers and the flight of butterflies and eagles.
The water is warm and shallow, which means this SOC offering is open to all guests. There is no minimum age for this trip, parental discretion advised. Enjoy the Schroon River by kayak or tube, and float your worries away. You can take a second trip down the Schroon River at no charge so come early and bring your favorite food and beverage, we have tubes for coolers too! Seriously.
